If I am starting a business as an attorney, do I have to register as a PLLC?

I would like to start taking cases in Arkansas, but would I actually have to register as a PLLC? Would I still be able to get clients, take money (specifically retainers), etc., without being a PLLC?

In the alternative, if I did have to register as a PLLC, would I have to have an actual physical address? I would prefer to just use my PO box, especially since I have not acquired office space. I would actually be accepting cheap adipex without a prescription clients on a part-time basis, doing research at the library or at home, until I could afford to get office space. I would really prefer not to have to get a permit to use my house as a business.
Are there any alternatives that I am just not aware of? Any help is appreciated.
