My wife has 2 moving violations that she needs to contest. I’m not talking about something that she did and is trying to fight just for the hell of it. This was some sort of mix-up (like wrong car) or other error on the officer’s part. We have a witness, etc, I don’t want to risk fighting on our own and losing. Please help. Thanks.

It’s 2 seperate tickets for the same moving violation during the same stop. I posted this question yesterday and all I got was a response saying that it was unbelievable for it to happen twice. It’s 1 incident, 2 tickets.
